Knebworth House had its first quality assessment under the VisitEngland Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Scheme (VAQAS). The first assessment confirmed that the site provided many good elements of a quality visitor experience, including an excellent personal tour of a very well presented House, very good customer care and some well maintained gardens and fully merited the award.
