Sonisphere Festival at Knebworth
Iron Maiden and Rammstein Headline Sonisphere at Knebworth
For its second year, Knebworth House will play host to big rock festival Sonisphere From 30th July to 1st August. Headlined by Rammstein and Iron Maiden, Sonisphere is Europe’s first touring rock festival and the UK’s largest Metal Festival.
Knebworth’s 50 per day plus team will service and provide catering throughout the Rock Royalty VIP areas including the VIP Campsite. The Knebworth security team will also complement the Kilimanjaro front of house security operation.
The first Sonisphere Festival was held at Knebworth House last year on 1st and 2nd August and was headlined by the legendary Linkin Park and Metalica. Knebworth has also played host to some of the biggest music events ever, from the rolling stones, Queen’s Final Concert together with Freddie Mercury, Genesis, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Robbie Williams sold out three nights at Knebworth and Oasis played in front of 250,000 people however ticket applications topped 2.5m.
